Incorrect media article regarding Australian asset
Today the Australian Financial Review ('AFR') released an article suggesting
one of Vital Healthcare Property Trust's assets, Hurstville Private Hospital,
located in the St George district of Sydney was in receivership.
The article is incorrect and has confused Hurstville Private Hospital with
another property in the suburb of Hurstville.
Along with Healthe Care, the tenant at Hurstville Private Hospital, we are
seeking a retraction from the AFR.
