GENERAL: VIL: Director Nominations Closing Date

DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS CLOSING DATE
Veritas Investments Limited would like to advise that at the Company's next
Annual Meeting, the following directors will retire in accordance with the
Company's constitution and the NZX Listing Rules and will be eligible for
election:
Tim Cook - retirement by rotation under NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.11.
Sharon Hunter - retirement due to Board appointment under NZSX Listing Rule
3.3.6.
Nominations for directors are now being accepted by the Company. The closing
date for nominations is Wednesday 29 October 2014.
Director nominations:
- may only be made by shareholders who are entitled to attend and vote at the
Annual Meeting;
- must be accompanied by the consent, in writing, of the person nominated;
- should contain a brief curriculum vitae of the person nominated; and
- must be received by the Company by Wednesday 29 October 2014.
