VERITAS ANNOUNCES GENERAL MANAGER FOR NOSH
Veritas Investments Limited (NZX:VIL) today confirmed the appointment of Rod
de Vries as General Manager for the Nosh Food Market business it acquired on
9th September 2014.
Mr de Vries holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Post Graduate Diploma in
Science, and has extensive experiene in the Food Retail sector. This has
included several years as Chief Operating Officer for NZX-listed Restaurant
Brands and previously as General Manager for the KFC and Pizza Hut
businesses. More recently he was Director of Operations for market-leading
food sevice company Compass Group.
Chairman Mark Darrow commented "We are delighted to have someone with the
experience and calibre of Rod joining Veritas to head up our Nosh business.
We see enormous potential for Nosh and it is great to secure a top quality
general manager to take it forward."
Mr de Vries commences the new role with Nosh 19th January 2015.

Michael Morton, and I would like to pass on my personal thanks to him for the
extra workload post acquisition to get the improvement process underway." Mr
Darrow concluded.
