GENERAL: WDT: Wellington Drive Part Paid Share Issue - June 2014
Wellington Drive Technologies Limited (NZX:WDT) advises 1,260,587 partly paid
shares have been issued to the Chief Executive Officer, Mr Gregory Allen.
The issue is pursuant to his employment contract dated October 2011.
The issue price of $0.14224 per share, is payable per the Scheme Rules with
$0.005 payable on issue with the balance payable on the second anniversary
of the underlying part paid shares, provided the volume weighted average
price of the Company's shares on the NZSX over the ten trading days period to
18 June 2016 is in excess of $0.14224. The part paid shares are not quoted
on the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
