GENERAL: XRO: ASX listing advised
ASX Limited ("ASX"), the Australian Securities Exchange, has advised that
Xero Limited was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Friday, 2 November
2012. Official Quotation of the Xero Limited's securities will commence at
1.00 pm New Zealand Time (11.00 am Australian E.D.S.T.) on Thursday, 8
November 2012.
This secondary listing is aimed at making Xero shares more readily available
to Australian parties including partners and clients.
