Xero Limited's Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, 1
August 2013 at 4pm (NZ time) at Soundings Theatre, Te Papa, Cable Street,
Wellington, New Zealand.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5 and ASX Listing Rule 14.3, Xero
Limited advises that the closing date for director nominations is 14 June
2013. All nominations must be received by 4.00pm (NZ time) on the closing
date.
