Of course you need to deduct pharmacy/distributor margins. Pharmacy margins can vary with availability of discount coupons but distributor margins are usually quite modest. Then we have the shared margin with Mayne but IDT have a production/shipping cost reimbursement from Mayne too.

Can understand that the majority of cash to IDT will only come through after June 17. In the generics business manufacturers often have to gain supply tenders through discounting and/or generous settlement terms. However with only about 4 USA approved generic brands and the expensive nature of the product and companies tend to manufacture on a just in time basis, there are often supply issues. This limits the potential need for massive discounting.

Love to see the $A come back a bit more too. As well as being good for returns on Temozolamide it will continue to help IDT's contract research business from the international Pharmas.

The significant increase in revenue streams next financial year will vindicate IDT's visions and investment in generics.
