I agree with you to an extent jasetigerfan however, if the Company has good fundamentals and is poised for greatness (or something near to) then there is no reason to be concerned.  GLF recently issued 417m shares plus a further 333m in a second tranche and the price has held and there has been little or no mass sell off.  
I remember being concerned when MIG had a share placement of 10,447,761 shares @ 67 cents on April 13 this year and also released around 2m from escrow in May/June.  

MIG has hit $1.08 today, up from 68 cents when it came up in my scan on May 11 and GLF fell off $0.001 on a volume of 20,000 late yesterday - nothing too dramatic.

I guess my point is that, if investors and the market believe in the Company and what is has to offer, then those with shares coming out of escrow are not likely to be released to the market and the price should hold or increase.  If however, those escrow shareholders are investors wishing to turn a quick profit, regardless of the fundamentals or the potential, they will sell and we will have to weather the storm

I did not see 3DM falling below 14c and (stupidly with 20/20 hindsight) pulled my stop loss at that level to "keep me in the game".  I, like many others are hurting, however, short of taking a loss and moving on, I am in for the long haul.  My GLF holding has more than compensated for the losses I have incurred on 3DM.
