The Turners fleet is predominantly used older vehicles, very different IMO to Carly's current offering.
I like this strategy quite a lot, $119 per week is a crazy cheap offering. If Carly was to offer varying aged vehicles i.e. price points, this would attract the majority of vehicle consumers.
Still think an partnership with an Autotrader, Gumtree, Drive, Carsguide or Carsales brand (primary online platforms) to obtain private (underutilised vehicles) would be a nice addition, these companies are more tech focused than a local dealership.
Carly would just be the host platform like Turners.
