    Considering the economic backdrop, the FY results are pretty good. Being able to maintain the dividend makes this a really attractive yield play.

    Last page of this document is probably most appealing, FY21 forecast EBITDAF is in a range of between $395 million to $415 million. This is between 15-20% higher than FY2019.
