CJ announced to the market on 18 Aug 2022 that the application to be under 2012 legislation was approved, see https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-positive-outcome-for-atlantic-operations-permit-process.6900937/. Soon this termination happened on 29 Aug 2022, but the company made no announcement! The board should be sued. A bunch of criminals.
No wonder MS has been so bold in shorting SBM like no tomorrow.
Not sure who will be in the new board. Without Leonora, is there any good talent interested in taking over the rudder?
