If the Halifax Examiner is representative of the mind set of Nova Scotia then I wouldn't be putting any more investment into Nova Scotia, but Canada is a patchwork of jurisdictions to work in with some really good ones i.e. Ontario, Saskatchewan & British Colombia and some rather ordinary ones..... can't lump all of Canada into one jurisdiction.
