You have nailed it bikemad. This deal sucks and the Board is either too lazy, incompetent and/or indifferent to cut a real deal that has the potential to create shareholder wealth. This deal confines St Barbara to the scrap heap. The upside is contained within 2 dog projects and the jewel in the crown has been sold off for a pittance.
