So, shareholders do have to vote on the deal to proceed?
I am concerned as I put a big chunk of my retirement savings in at just under $5 per share, (I think it was about 4 years ago). I am retired and it really hurts. Can't help but feel that there is something dodgy going on here.
Have lost waaaayyyyyyyy too much to worry about selling.
