    Did you read the fine print?

    "subject to Genesis shares being at or around $1.15/ share

    WTF does that mean?

    So if GMD is @ $1.10, or $1 do we get more GMD shares?

    If GMD is at $1.30 what do we get, get it?

    You write "we will get..." are you the SBM board or a shareholder?
