Think it spells that out pretty clearly and regardless of if they can or do delist it that hell has pretty much already arrived. If I wanted to invest a dollar in either of these I'd invest it with GMD as I'd get exposure to their assets and uplift with a potential deal and still have control of DCN plus a liquid market for the stock.....nothing but downside and PITA left with DCN if you are retail, remainder is basically KIN or allies hoping the frustration gets the better of Raleigh and he throws them a chip to give them an exit...... which I strongly doubt, he has the benefit of time on his side and the constant fatigue on KIN shareholders as a result of capital requirements.
