If those things you have mentioned are in the quarterly then management need a good kick up the bum for not telling the market (and the owners of the business who pay them) when they occur. I hope all of what you have mentioned is announced in the quarterly but there is the need for better continuous disclosure. There has been nothing market sensitive announced since the last quarterly. Is this a case of nothing has happened or just nothing announced? Either way it's not a good lock and needs improvement either from a management or company performance perspective. And no, when I ask for better disclosure, I'm not asking for another useless recycled investor presentation. There's no way this company should be trading where it is with the cash flows they have had and $40m in the bank.
