I must politely disagree. I don't think that pull side from customers is as important as the push side. How many times have you gone to the doctor and demanded a brand? I never have. Their marketing strategy should be aimed at doctors who will recommend the product. People go to the doctors and handful of times (if that) per year. Doctors see thousands of clients every month.... It just seems that they have failed to identify their actual clients.
