As far as I can see, there are some huge cultural issues, and I'm not sure if anyone can fix this. Bad culture is always bad for the company, customers and shareholders. Scientists run this company, and they care shit about commercialization and their shareholder. This is nothing but a theater. They had their chance with a new CEO, to show a transition to a professional level, but they failed big time and unfortunately do not seem to care.
