    The initial discharges and charges need to be small and limited to allow for adequate assessment of impact on the network. That's the point of the commissioning. As we progress further along the process, the restrictions will be lifted. As long as we are placed well enough to avoid creating too many constraint equations against us, then we'll be fine.
