considering the NAIF seems to be lacking a particularly number of quality projects applying for it... perhaps we will get a large amount of cheap funding from that source for state 2 from that source.
That would tick my boxes for Genex and NAIF simultaneously.
Seriously, what is the huge delay in announcing the NAIF anyway ? These guys should just make a decision and let the real workers be productive.
