GNX has be upward of 27 cents before when there was no offer coming in.
in fact, these offers have done nothing but cap the price. Withholding share price value.
look at the long term graph.
if KPH came online tomorrow and there was no bid at 27.5 cents, the price would be well above that. Who are you kidding?
Right now, this is the second company that has ever made an offer and they are going ahead at 27.5 cents. They see value.
They are asking for exclusivity?
Why is that I wonder?
