All of your possible scenarios result in a higher share price.
This is my point.
A yes vote is giving away your shares unnecessarily cheap.
There is another more likely scenario.
Retail shareholders vote no (we don't need Skip to make the threshold). Jpower up the bid.
Very, very likely.
