    I'm pretty sure they can't stop another bid coming in prior to the vote..... but how 'open/accommodating' the company is to supporting potential bidders.... that is a different question altogether. Especially considering GNX already have a J-Power rep on the board.... so his allegiances will be to support this current J-Power offer.
