    I agree - it is almost like the BoD are afraid to put the company up for offer as they have got an offer at 0.275 and don't want to scare them away.

    We are all of the opinion that it is an undervalued and opportunistic offer. Even without funding additional pipeline growth before KPH goes live, our past price is not representative of where our future value could be.
