Your 2022 posts are not informative, they're ramblings about an interpretation of the Act. You indicated in those same posts that no-one was responding to you or taking your calls, so I find it hard to believe that you know for sure this was an issue.
I'm still waiting for your independant legal advice, as I do not agree with your interpretation. But it appears that you'd rather scream from all the roof tops rather than pay a few quid to get an answer from a lawyer. It's almost as if posting it enough times will make it true.
