    Does the two-pronged approach from J-Power (i.e. fall back on-market takeover provided they can get to 50.1%) suggest they aren't confident that Skip will sell out? Certainly at 19.9% Skip would vote down a scheme of arrangement requiring 75% shareholder approval.
