Why is it that this country is perpetually interested in flogging off its "family silver".
We are rapidly heading to be peasants and serf in our own land, incapable of making things for ourselves including our own electricity, having insufficient skills to do things for ourselves and even having to hire in labour from overseast to 'clean our backsides' when we get old and feeble & in a nursing home.
Does not stop there ... look atwho owns/controls the funeral industry in Aust .. majority of it is offshore owned.(
High time many of these foreign takeovers of Aust companies was stopped and we looked seriously at our ourselves at the attitude of the BEOT who seem to think its 'ok to flog anything off' if a buyer comes dangling some 'shiny baubles'
p..ssed off with the way thaat retail invesors are being screwed over... yes I am!
