Tbh i scanned through the document very fast and noticed some things that also seemed farcical to me... I take no bearing from what the document says as its basically written by Genex Board to support their own agenda... hence i havent mentioned it.
In my opinion tere was certainly nothing in there that was truthful and in support of the best interests of shareholders.
The fact of the matter is management did nothing to extract reasonable value for us shareholders from JPower and since i came to terms with this I dont believe a word tge Genex board is saying.
Voting no is now the best course of action for shareholders who wish to realise the gains they are entitled to.
