My figures were based on EOFY/17
The company is forecasting growth of 10%+ per year, which is good
Hard to do though through organic growth with a 90% payout ratio
Only 10% in reinvestments
But could be achievable by growth by acquisition
I'll keep it on the watchlist though,
But definitely too expensive atm
Better opportunities elsewhere IMHO
