    Seems to be a good deal IMO.

    Dilution of 3.5% & eps accretion of 8% = Net Value Gain 5%.

    Arbitrage EBITDA sale ~ 3.9x EBITDA for acquisition with GNP trading at 5.3x FY22e EBITDA.
