    Aggregate CapEx is only 5% of earn-out EBITDA (FY22-FY24).

    Total CapEx of $1.3m / 3 = $0.7m/yr.

    FCF = (EBITDA - Maintenance CapEx)
    FY22 FCF = $6.17m - $0.7m = $5.5m
    FY23 FCF = $9.8m - $0.7m = $9.1m
    FY24 FCF = $12.25 - $0.7m = $11.55m

    Total PFA aggregate FCF = $26m
