So, GPN has now increased by 9.1 % since it announced the acquisition of Commtel.
In line with the expected earning enhancing impact.
Like for some other small/micro caps, the stock has not immediately reflected this.
I am quite surprised that we have this kind of opportunity, which looks a rather low risk strategy (buy the stock, before the share price reflects the full impact of the acquisition on EPS).
Main risk I can see with this strategy : if there is a sudden market correction or if the acquisition is given up later on.
