Good questions Lureman. I'm a NCM holder as well and was reading somewhere that NCM will need to find more options for local mining as Cadia starts to get closer to the end of it's life, which although a way off, will require some strategic thinking. I've wondered what sort of interest NCM would have in a number of local companies, IPT, AQX, MAG for example - even ALK, although that's a far more developed and expensive option.
