They can then think about sequestation of Carbon Dioxide from copper gas which is a problem they face.
Plant can expand in time.
More concerning is the 30% loss in Commonwealth grant for funds spent in developing projects.
$90m grant in Nov 2009 has been drawn down $32.4m will now fund up to $27.15m in grants to fund revised program to future activities.
Beach's cash contribution seems low ball to me.
