How's this a good news? You guys and your overoptimistic views are quite funny. You get excited about every little thing TNT does even though it's got nothing to do with improving sales or growing the business.
TNT is in desperate need of extra cash, so they offered this guy shares and options at a great discount and he took it. That's all there is to it!
He doesn't seem to have any expertise in this field and I'm sure couldn't care less about cyber security and IT services. He was offered a great deal so he grabbed it... end of story
Meanwhile TNT shares are being diluted even more with no profit in sight
