mate, if you're asking these questions then you probably shouldn't be investing
TNT management is completely inept. They simply cannot make this business work and instead try to play corporate games (CRs, questionable acquisitions, empty promises, etc) in order to justify their existence and huge salaries. They also want to keep the party going as long as possible. After few disastrous years, there's no question about that.
There might've been hope in the beginning but now it's pretty obvious that this venture is going nowhere.
But then you, as investors, let them get away with it all, so they keep playing their games and filling up their own and their mates pockets.
It's all quite simple really. Maybe if you take off your rose-colored glasses, you'll see it for what it really is.
