IVR are doing a great job especially when considering the handicaps imposed with having to share exploration with farming activity and of course at times adverse weather conditions etc. etc. IVR's prospects are shaping to be world class that will reward many long term investors. The management is also very high standard technically and in running the day to day and long term planning activities.Having worked in many epithermal systems, I am particularly interested in the way this system unfolds.
