The frustrating thing is that the NNTAC has already approved Dundas sites, so its not like they are anti investment in the area (unless the Shree activities disturb culturally significant land of course), so why has Dundas been able to make it happen but not Shree - it just does not make sense at all - why cant we fork out $10k, hire a helicopter and drop people into to relevant sites and get this done. The way that last paragraph was added as a throw away line without any clear understanding of next steps makes me concerned about what they are telling the market and I am thinking of getting my own legal advice - a class action is something i have mentioned before as a 'something for the future' thought, but it is growing in relevancy at every announcement
