with so few shares on hand, and a dominant insider position on the registry held by Offshore interests, which in turn , also appear to be linked nominee companies registered in have tax haven jurisdictions, I’d start puzzling the irregular trading pattern in that context , but then again, I’m a deeply suspicious guy owing to a career in long opaque financial transactions.
