I see on the agenda at the upcoming AGM they want to increase the amount permissable to raise up to 25% extra scrip. Also SPP for employees who obviously would like to obtain shares as cheaply as possible. Although a floundering sp is not nice or in the interests of existing shareholders perhaps for others it is?
Not one single director has ever purchased shares on market in a show of confidence. Likewise no notice of increased substaintial shareholder support. Where are the strong hands on the register?
