    Tried to look at this against CXO's announcement fro the 4th April, but not really much the wiser. Need to do a bit more research. ELA31134 and maybe ELA31136 look like they might be useful if KSNs application goes through.
    At least my 1.9c order got filled today, now waiting for better news.
