Good observations, I just had a chat with Louie and he mentioned that the $3.50 /oz cost INCLUDES all capital costs for the camp and equipment that they expended already. So the real cost going forward will actually be lower than $3,50 (assuming they keep their discovery rate as epr before).

Before the set up of the prep facility, we we were drilling at 230$/meter all in, so even a 20,000 meter drilling program for RPM would cost $4.5 M in the old set up (and many % percentage points less in the new set up with prep facility). Maybe $3.5 M. Crazy cheap.

They can ramp and scale down exploration if and when needed and still develop the projects as a lot of Korbel is engineering work now that they say they will absolutely watch costs on.
