I'm just wondering if there are any qualifications or experience requirements at all to be on the Board of on ASX Listed Company? If I have the correct Mr Rogatsky, his social media profile reveals that he lives a very quiet, almost cloistered life centred around Brooklyn NY, is a partner in a small company [less than 10 employees, less than $1 million turnover] that installs solar panels and quite likely, based on what I read, has never been west of the Hudson River. No sign of any mining expertise, Australia or elswhere. I am underwhelmed [or perhaps just misinformed]. Also, the ratification of an ad hoc Board Member appointment is supposed to be carried out at the next AGM, which is in just two days time. Good luck with that, RML.
