Love the opening sentence, company pleased to announce for SH’s, lol. This company again looking after the biggest holders imo. Great cycle isn’t it. We will all pay for this.

This is why LNY should be a concern for many minority retail holders and why we struggle to see any institutionals in the T20 in my opinion.

This is so unacceptable imo of issuing again huge convertible notes and guess who benefits from them. Plus a massive out of touch 12% interest on money loaned. It’s disgraceful imo.

I like most holders would take advantage if offered guaranteed 12% on a loan. Cash my super in, who wouldn’t. It’s great for some bad for everyone else. So wrong on so many levels as all holders have seen the SP stagnated around 0.004/5c all year. No growth on investment meanwhile the deal makers again massively profit big time at the expense of minority holders imo.

This is just totally unacceptable and is a massive concern that I have, as all holders end up paying this 12% on $10 mil+. $1.2 mil+ in interest.

So once again raise cash in house and they get rewarded better than any other investment option in Australia imo. What a joke imo and no SH’s have any say or control about it, the company can do what ever they like now, as they basically own LNY and will keep growing this control while holders continue to pay imo. So this vote is absolutely pointless and is a mere corporate obligation. Lip service.

Once this consolidation happens just watch what will happen, it’s like watching the suffocation of the minority retail holders to extinction. This company is just so wrong on so many levels in my opinion. How any retail holder could possibly be happy about this is beyond me. Over and out, never wanted to post on here again but this is just so wrong.
