They have to change sentiment first with results prior to doing this." Precisely, and.... Management now belive that they have a viable and progressive company, but, it won't attract the real investors while it has 6 billion shares under one cent. The consolidation will result in that being reduced to 150million and a "nominal" 20 cent share, which is a must before Fund Managers can even consider them. This is baby learning to walk time, the walking and the running is the aim. They are at least up on their own two feet!!!! Just see what happens in the next 6 months until the wobbles disappear.
