This is a great announcement. I was expecting another "treading water" ann when I saw the headline but this indirectly tells me a lot about what has been happening.

The production site has changed to one that now has far better access to the Colorado River, is within the existing Potash processing precinct, well head to plant all on private or state land (no BLM bureaucracy) so permitting should be relatively straight forward. Longer brine pipeline but there is still a gravity fall all the way to the plant so should still flow to plant under its own pressure.

This would be a major reason for the delay in the FEED but its a good delay. A major part of the FEED process is optimising and modifying the project design and engineering to ensure the best economic and commercial outcomes. This ann tells me that that is exactly what they have been doing.
