Sounds like the available geotherm energy (if found by VRX) is low grade (low temp)
The report is full of "could" and not "will"
Untried in Aus makes it speculative investment in my eyes, and better for an energy company to do that speculation than for a sand miner. They're getting way out of their depth and away from the core business in my opinion.
