it looked like a proper company and then the share price got smashed.. often leads to a larger proper company have a good look at acquisitions..
SHG has some very interesting tech on their side and it's often easier to just buy someone out than develop it yourself and with the price so low that could be a reasonable chance. Equally with some commercial agreements coming into play there isn't much left on the downside.. pretty hard to lose from here
