I agree with those thoughts that mining and medical do not sit that well together, at least from a first glance. I also spent some time looking at who else is in this space and these guys are not alone but their mkt cap is below peers in the US/ UK.

sounds like you're all over it. I initially got involved a year or so ago in one of the rounds and they looked the goods then, maybe if they had just gone for more Series A, B, C etc the value would be higher? Private valuations are often much higher than public for earlier stage ventures these days. I kicked the bulk of my shares out around that 50-57c sort of range, just seemed too high at the time. I've got these guys on my little accumulation list, so I'm slowly picking them up. Very cheap at these levels with extremely limited downside from here, good bit of asymmetric risk
